Our Dispatch, Delivery and Returns page aims to provide you with useful help and information with regards to the dispatch and delivery of orders and returning any products to us should you need to.

Please also be sure to read our Terms and conditions for full details of all our Terms and Conditions.


We make every effort to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, and orders received before 12 noon (GMT) (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched on the same day if all items are in stock. For orders received after 12 noon (GMT), items are not usually dispatched until the next working day. Orders received after 12 noon on a Friday will generally not be dispatched until the next working day.

We always aim to dispatch most orders within 2 working days of having received it, subject to stock availability. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 working days, then we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible, and provide an estimated dispatch date.

The above information relates purely to the dispatch of orders. Subsequent delivery times after dispatch will then obviously depend on the delivery type chosen when placing your order. More details and information about the various delivery options we have available and their estimated delivery times (and guaranteed delivery times where appropriate) can be found below.

Delivery (UK)…

FREE DELIVERY OPTION available for all UK delivery addresses…

All orders that have a UK delivery address include our FREE STANDARD DELIVERY option, just as long as your delivery address resides within the United Kingdom (i.e. England, Scotland (including the Highland and Islands), Wales, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands).

Important information:

  • Our FREE Standard Delivery option generally takes 3 to 5 days to arrive once dispatched, however please allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive.
  • We reserve the right to use any courier service available to us.
  • Our FREE Standard Delivery option is unfortunately NOT available for BFPO addresses or any address outside the United Kingdom.

BFPO DELIVERY OPTION for British Forces personnel…

We can of course also deliver to BFPO addresses for British Forces personnel. Simply enter your BFPO address as your delivery address, ensuring you select United Kingdom from the dropdown menu for your country (even though it may not be). Choosing United Kingdom as your country will then allow us to present you with the BFPO (British Forces Post Office) delivery option on the second page of the checkout process. Unfortunately we can't offer free delivery to BFPO addresses but we do offer a significantly reduced price.

EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTIONS - for swifter delivery and Saturday deliveries if required…

If you're looking for a speedier delivery option you may wish to upgrade to one of our EXPRESS DELIVERY options which includes Next Day delivery options to most areas of mainland United Kingdom, including options for NEXT DAY (AM) Delivery as well as NEXT DAY (SATURDAY) Delivery if required.

Important information:

  • Orders received after 12 noon may miss our next day delivery consignment, in which case, your order will not be dispatched until the next working day, meaning your order will take one extra working day.
  • For Express Next Day SATURDAY deliveries, orders must be received by 5pm on Thursday, otherwise your order will not be dispatched until Monday of the following week (or the next working day thereafter if the Monday is a Bank Holiday or public holiday).
  • We reserve the right to use any courier service available to us.
  • Our Express Next Day Delivery Services are available for most areas of mainland United Kingdom. However some of the more remote areas of mainland Scotland and the Scottish Isles, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man and some of the Channel Islands may take between 2 to 3 working days to arrive.

Delivery (International)…

For overseas customers we have a range of delivery options for most global destinations (other than those where we are prohibited from doing so by imposed sanctions or international incidents), including a range of slower economy options, and options for speedier delivery where required.

PLEASE NOTE: The options that will be available to you will depend on the country to be delivered to and the estimated weight of your parcel.

  • Our International STREAMLINE delivery option is available for parcels estimated to weigh below 2kg and where this service is available to your country. This option represents the best value for packages estimated to be below 2kg. This option is not available where orders are estimated to be over 2kg in weight. Delivery within Western Europe from approximately 2 to 5 working days, Eastern Europe from 3 to 5 days. Delivery for other International destinations outside of Europe approximately 5 to 7 working days.
  • Our International ECONOMY option is a budget option available for some international destinations (excluding Europe) with delivery from 28 working days.
  • Our International VALUE option is a popular choice with international delivery available from 4 working days.
  • Our International PRIORITY option is a swifter international delivery option with delivery available from 3 working days to Europe and other international destinations.
  • Our International EXPRESS delivery option is the best choice if speed is important to you with NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY available to the USA, Canada and Europe and from 2 WORKING DAYS for other destinations across the globe.
  • We may from time to time be prohibited from sending to particular international destinations because of imposed sanctions in place or other international incidents that prohibit us from doing so.
  • We cannot always send international orders to PO Box numbers. For the International EXPRESS service we are unable to send to any PO Box numbers.
  • We reserve the right to use any courier available to us.
  • Delivery times for international destinations cannot be guaranteed, only estimated.
  • All international orders may be subject to customs inspections which can delay the delivery process by a day or more depending on the destination.

Delivery Information (general)…

Please note:

  • Orders are sent to the delivery address you've specified in the checkout process. We accept no responsibility should the delivery address be incorrect.
  • All deliveries require a signature including our Free UK mainland Standard Delivery option. At your request we may be able to send packages using an unsigned for delivery service, though we do prefer to send all orders using a signed for delivery service. In instances where you have requested a parcel to be sent without requiring a signature on delivery then we are not able to accept any liability whatsoever for any items that may be lost or stolen.
  • Orders are usually dispatched complete in one package together. Occasionally it may be necessary to send multiple packages. We may do this in instances where we have to dispatch from additional locations, or on the rare occasion there should be a lengthy delay relating to stock on a particular item, where we may send other items from your order that are presently in stock out to you first.
  • In the unfortunate event that a package is lost in transit you can call us on 01773 712461 or email us, providing us with your Order Number together with your full delivery address and we will investigate the matter further.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order to any destination without explanation.

Important information relating to Returns:

  • Your satisfaction with our products and service is of utmost importance to us. If you are unhappy with any item you order from us, we will exchange or refund a product within 28 days of receipt, as long as it is returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition (ideally we'd expect this to mean it is complete with any attached tags / labels / protective covers and the original packaging).
  • Please note that any items purchased on a special offer will be subject to terms and conditions of offer and refunded at the purchased offer price, taking into account any discounts applied.
  • If you are situated outside of the EU, any customs duties or sales taxes will not be refunded.
  • For any items damaged during transit, or the goods sent do not match the ones you ordered, or if you have received any goods which you believe to be faulty, then please contact us immediately either by telephone during our store opening hours on 01773 712461 or alternatively email us providing your order number and name and address. Once we have heard from you, we will ask you to return the relevant item(s) to us, and upon receipt of the returned item(s) will then either issue a replacement item(s) or a refund.
  • In the unfortunate event you wish to return any items back to us please send to:

    IMPORTANT: Please ensure you include your ORDER NUMBER, NAME and ADDRESS and ideally, in order to help continually improve our service to you please kindly help us by giving us a brief explanation if you can, as to why you are returning any item(s) as well as what action you would like us to take, such as a replacement / exchange or a refund, please be as specific as you can.
  • We will only refund any paid for delivery charges on goods that you purchased and are returning where the product is either damaged, faulty or does not match your order. In all other instances the cost of returning any goods to us is entirely your responsibility.
  • It is your responsibility for the delivery of returned goods until they have reached us. As such, we strongly advise that any items being returned are sent via a Signed For delivery service be it Royal Mail or any other courier service. If sending by regular Royal Mail post, ensure you obtain 'proof of posting' when sending your item and retain it.
  • We do not accept any liability for the loss of or damage of returned items, so we recommend you package your parcel properly and securely and use a 'signed for' delivery service (either via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or another courier service).
  • If we find any returned goods NOT to be in a fully resaleable condition without the original packaging, protective covers, attached labels and tags then we reserve the right to issue a partial refund, or refuse a refund entirely.
  • Any refunds made will be made by the same payment method that was used when the order was placed.
  • You may also return goods purchased online at either of our high street shops. Please ensure you bring your dispatch note in as proof of purchase and the credit / debit card that was used to purchase the order online so we can refund. If the order was placed by another cardholder, they will need to be present when returning the goods to accept the refund back on their card.
  • Once any returned items are received by us, we'll quickly investigate the matter and assess their resaleability condition prior to deciding upon whether to process a refund. We will contact you by email to confirm when a refund has been processed and the refunded amount. We will also contact you by email if we decide not to process your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of us taking receipt of your returned goods or within 14 days of us having received evidence of you having returned the goods to us, whichever is the soonest. It may take your bank up to a further 14 days to credit your account.
