The Sanders Menswear FAQ (FAQ being an acronym for frequently asked questions) aims to answer the most commonly asked questions regarding us, our stores, our website, our services and of course our menswear and mens formal suit hirewear.

So, lets take a look at some of the most commonly asked questions we receive (simply click on a question below for the answer)...

Do you sell your menswear / hirewear online?

Unfortunately, at this time, we currently do not sell our products through our website, only through our three East Midlands based stores in the United Kingdom.

However, it is something we are busy working towards for the not too distant future!

Where are your stores located?

We have three stores located across the East Midlands region of the UK, one store in Nottinghamshire, and two stores in Derbyshire. All three stores are close to the Notts / Derbys borders, and are situated in prominent high street locations in the town centres of Eastwood in Nottinghamshire, Alfreton in Derbyshire, and Ilkeston in Derbyshire. What are your store opening hours?

All three of our stores are usually open 6 days a week, Monday through to Saturday. Full current opening hours can be found here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also of course accept cash and cheques in our stores.

Why should I choose Sanders Menswear?

We thought about this one very carefully, and when we started thinking of reasons, we couldn't stop! We found so many good reasons why we believe you should come to Sanders Menswear for your menswear, tailoring and formal suit hirewear requirements, that we even decided to put together this guide... 'Why Choose Sanders Menswear'! Hopefully it will answer your question!

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes we certainly do! Although at this time our gift vouchers are only available for purchase in store (although we are hoping to be able to make them available for online purchase in the the near future). Simply ask in any of our three stores at the checkout, and one of our friendly sales assistants will be only too pleased to assist with your gift voucher purchase.

What sizes are your suits available in?

We have a selection of ready to wear 'off the peg' suits in a wide range of shapes and sizes to suit gentlemen both large and small. However, if we don't have your size in stock, it's worth remembering that we provide a professional and expert tailoring service, so one of our tailors will be more than happy to measure you, and order a made to measure suit in your chosen style or we can also prepare a bespoke suit for you.

How do I know my suit size?

Simply head to one of our three stores in Eastwood, Alfreton or Ilkeston, and one of our in-store tailors will gladly take your measurements. We are also currently busy preparing a self-measurement guide which we hope will be ready in the near future.

What do I do if I have a complaint?

We're cheating here, as this isn't a question we get asked frequently!

However, in the rare and unfortunate event that you do have any kind of problem regarding Sanders Menswear and/or a purchased/hired product then we thought it would be useful for you to know what to do. If you would like to make a formal complaint, we recommend you write to the Managing Director, Robert Sanders, in person, at our Eastwood head office, or use our Feedback form to send a complaint.

If you have a less formal issue that you would like to discuss, you can of course also raise the matter with one of our in-store assistants and we'll gladly take it from there.
